These packages are designed for high-flow-rate fluid injection or transfer at high pressure, based on the use of pumps compliant with API 674 standards. In this category of pumps, the flow rate cannot be controlled manually ; however, upon the client’s request, a system for regulating the outlet flow could be installed on the skid.
In these skids, in addition to the pump, safety equipment, instrumentation, and—if required—an electrical control panel are typically included to ensure stable and reliable operating conditions.
