The Actrene Injection Package is one of the critical pieces of equipment used in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, designed for the accurate injection of chemical additives into industrial processes. Packages manufactured by Green Mile Co. consist of two standard cubic Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC tanks) installed in a two-level arrangement under specially engineered conditions.
The IBC tanks can be easily detached from the package to facilitate refilling operations. Due to the hazardous nature of Actrene, transportation of these tanks complies with UN BAM 6903 standards.
These packages are equipped with diaphragm or plunger (piston) metering pumps, offering precise flow rate and pressure control.
In the design of the Actrene Injection Package, special emphasis is placed on high injection accuracy, resistance to high operating pressures, and durability in corrosive environments. In addition, the package incorporates automatic control systems to regulate injection rates and ensure safe and optimal performance.
The capacity and operating pressure of the package are custom-designed based on project requirements.
