Lubrication Oil Packages
These packages are used to provide the required oil for compressors, turbines, and large industrial pumps lubrication and are designed in accordance with API 614 standards. Lubrication oil packages generally consist of the following equipment:
1. Pump:
Screw pumps are commonly used to circulate the oil within the system and to generate the required oil flow and pressure. These pumps are capable of handling high-viscosity fluids without performance degradation during operation and also produce less vibration compared to other types of pumps.
2. Oil Cooler:
Shell & Tube heat exchangers or Air Coolers are used to maintain the oil temperature in the required level.
3. Duplex Filter:
Filters are used to purify the oil before it enters the turbine or compressor.
4. Oil Reservoir:
A reservoir for oil storage which is designed based on API 614 restrictions.
5. Heater:
An oil heater installed on the reservoir.
In addition to these main components, various instrumentation devices are used to control oil flow, temperature and pressure, ensuring that oil enters the compressor at the desired condition. Depending on the design conditions, the unit will be customized based on the customer requirements.

•Operating pressure: up to 40 bar (higher pressures available upon client request)
