Dry Gas Seal Panels (DGS Panels)
Dry Gas Seal (DGS) Panels are engineered to provide reliable sealing for centrifugal compressors. Based on the characteristics and sensitivity of the process fluid, these systems are available in three configurations: Single Seal, Double Seal, and Tandem Seal.
The Single Seal configuration is suitable for non-toxic and non-hazardous gases, while the Double Seal configuration is recommended for toxic, hazardous, and explosive applications, ensuring a higher level of safety and operational reliability.
All DGS Panels are fully designed, manufactured, and assembled by Green Mile Co. and delivered to site as complete, ready-to-operate packages.
To maintain stable dry gas supply conditions and effectively prevent leakage, the system design includes comprehensive pressure and flow control, appropriate instrumentation, and high-efficiency gas filtration to ensure clean and dry gas delivery to the compressor seals.
