Phosphate Injection Package

Phosphate injection package

Phosphate injection packages are primarily used in boiler feedwater systems, cooling circuits, steam generation units, industrial water systems, and petrochemical process units.

In many industrial applications, powdered phosphate chemicals dissolve effectively and perform properly only within a specific temperature range. At lower temperatures, phosphate solubility decreases, increasing the risk of precipitation or crystallization inside the storage tank and injection lines. This can lead to injection inaccuracy, equipment fouling, and operational disturbances. Therefore, under certain operating conditions—particularly in cold climates or processes subject to temperature fluctuations—temperature control is a critical factor for the reliable operation of phosphate injection systems.

To maintain phosphate solution stability, Green Mile Co. equips its phosphate injection packages with electric heaters or heating coils, ensuring the solution temperature remains within the optimal range. This heating system prevents sedimentation, precipitation, and loss of chemical effectiveness, while guaranteeing uniform and consistent injection.

In addition to the heating system, thermal insulation is applied to the storage tank and piping to minimize heat loss, prevent temperature fluctuations, and maintain overall system efficiency.
