Hypochlorite Sodium Injection Package

hypochlorite sodium injection package

This package is designed for the controlled injection of sodium hypochlorite solution into industrial systems within the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors. Sodium hypochlorite is widely used for disinfection, microbial growth control, algae removal, and prevention of biological fouling in water systems.

Due to the strong oxidizing and highly corrosive nature of sodium hypochlorite, package design and material selection are of critical importance. Sodium hypochlorite causes rapid degradation when in contact with metallic materials; therefore, no metallic components are allowed in direct contact with the chemical.

All wetted parts of the package are manufactured from Polyethylene (PE) or Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) to ensure maximum chemical resistance, operational safety, and long service life.

These injection packages are commonly used in cooling water systems, industrial water units, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and petrochemical and refinery plants. The capacity of the sodium hypochlorite injection package is determined based on water flow rate, required injection concentration (ppm), contact time, water quality, and operating conditions.
